Pasta sfogli is almost like doing an apple struddel. Come to London this autumn my sis friends have a huge apple tree , last year we spent the whole day harvesting apples and we could bake apple pies, apple crumble, apple cake.

Craving for apple pie…i did mine last week but used pasta sfoglia instead! But i guess a genuine English apple pie i have to taste yet! When we get the chance to be reunited promise me to have one please…Sha!

thought you are a foodie. trying everything new. pretty old school. I will never forget Dickie following me around asking where was the custard he wanted me to make custard at 8pm for the last slice of the pie!
