    Another great picture, Sha. Sounds like you’ve been working too hard! Hope you’ve at least been cooking interesting things. Are you still the only chef?

    LAURIE our new chef will be joining the 13th and we will be off to the Bahamas. I cook for the crew daily yes. lunch and dinner the same time am managing the interior. Luckily my 2nd stew is very good at work . I got to cook variety , well balanced meal for everybody.

    that is most interesting, it’s the first time i’ve seen artichoke blooms and they are just lovely. is it edible?
