I am a die-hard fan of curry…i dont know how many times i cook curry at home (with coconut milk more pinoy style i guess) and my husband and i never get tired of it..when we were still based in tokyo finding authentic curry restaurants was really easy..i tried out some couple of curry restaurants in aix en provence but we’re still not satisfied..staring at those photos im 100% its the authentic one..im drooling over it yummmy..thanks for sharing the recipe..maybe you can lend me your nepali friend from time to time :-)

I am not a curry person but a nice curry would probably be good. My problem right now is I have this set of spices I got from sis-in-law: curry, cumin, coriander, etc… mostly South Asian types, which I don’t know what to use for.

    Your top looks sexy though.
