    Sha that socca looks so amazingly good. I particularly like the picture of it ready to go in the oven. I understand why walking through Publix makes you feel nostalgic. My mother-in-law lives near one. It makes no sense, but the produce in our Alaskan grocery stores is so much better than what Publix has.

    socca are really good :-) we often have during summer barbeque alfresco gatherings and its my french mother in law responsible in making them taste good..but she doesnt cook it in this type of oven though..:-)

    Laurie… i found greek yoghurt… FAGE imagine that I made tzaziki but i was horrified with that thought of low fat feta!!!
