   Sha that socca looks so amazingly good. I particularly like the picture of it ready to go in the oven. I understand why walking through Publix makes you feel nostalgic. My mother-in-law lives near one. It makes no sense, but the produce in our Alaskan grocery stores is so much better than what Publix has.

   socca are really good we often have during summer barbeque alfresco gatherings and its my french mother in law responsible in making them taste good..but she doesnt cook it in this type of oven though..:-)

    Laurie… i found greek yoghurt… FAGE imagine that I made tzaziki but i was horrified with that thought of low fat feta!!!
