There are times at work when our chef is off , so do the cooking for the owners and the crew. Well I do cook for the crew daily since chef comes only on long trips with us like when we were in croatia. Here are few things I have done for my boss and when I still have the chance to grab my camera before serving these.

The restaurant I used to frequent served a slab of kesong puti on top of tomatoes and chives. Your post reminded me of the dish. Too bad they closed already.

oh and the travels. i think i remember one of your posts indicated you making kosher food. are your bosses jewish? just curious, because my husband is jewish BUT i don’t cook kosher, because he’s not a religious jew, a rebel jew is a better way to describe him *lol*.
