There are times at work when our chef is off , so do the cooking for the owners and the crew. Well I do cook for the crew daily since chef comes only on long trips with us like when we were in croatia.  Here are few things I have done for my boss and when I still have the chance to grab my camera before serving these. tfcrew5.jpgand here TF crew too busy checking on that helicopter buzzing over us during an aerial photography.and here is more about our boating life.

    Looks yummy.

The restaurant I used to frequent served a slab of kesong puti on top of tomatoes and chives. Your post reminded me of the dish. Too bad they closed already.

it’s always nice to come by your site. these lovely pics of food make me want to really learn more about cooking professionally.

oh and the travels. i think i remember one of your posts indicated you making kosher food. are your bosses jewish? just curious, because my husband is jewish BUT i don’t cook kosher, because he’s not a religious jew, a rebel jew is a better way to describe him *lol*.

    happy weekend!
