Beautiful picture. It inspired me to go buy some beets. Now I have to decide between beet risotto and the beet and yogurt meze they serve at Ta Logia tis Ploris, an excellent psarotaverna in kerameikos — i highly recommend it if you haven’t been there before — here’s their website: http://www.logiatisploris.gr/

    Thanks for the inspiration!
